Modified Residual Power Series Method for Boundary Value Problems

In this manuscript, a new modification of residual power series method (RPSM) has been introduced for the solution of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with boundary conditions. Proposed scheme has been applied to linear and nonlinear test problems of order two and four. Comparison of the obtained results are made with optimal varitional iterational method (OVIM) and modified variation iteration method (MVIM) to confirm the efficiency and reliability of the proposed scheme. Analysis reveals that RPSM is effective and efficient way to tackle a wide variety of BVPs.
