Survival Study on Bidding Strategy for Microgrid Interfaced Distributed Renewable Energy Sources

The renewable resource in power system is carried out with less technical and economic challenges through microgrid (MG). MG is employed in intellectual grids to allow the wide-ranging utilization of renewable energy sources in reliable manner. MG is an electrical network to manage the energy resources like renewable units in optimal manner. MG used the bidding strategies for contribution in energy markets depending on the local distributed renewable energy (DRE) operational capacity. When MG attained higher benefits in markets, it managed the entity with the technical factors for addressing uncertainties. Recently, many works were discussed for identifying the optimal bidding plan for MG. However, the optimal method was not employed to handle the distributed renewable energy resources (DRE). In order to address these problems, existing techniques were reviewed in this paper for bidding of Microgrid interfaced distributed renewable energy sources.
