Structural Design Analysis of Vehicle Muffler Based on CFD and Sensor

With the rapid development of the automobile industry, noise pollution has become more and more serious. Engine exhaust noise is the main noise source of automobiles, and installing an exhaust muffler is the most direct and effective way to control this noise. With the help of CFD and wireless sensor technology, to carry out the research on the acoustic performance of the muffler has very important theoretical and practical application value for improving the muffler's silencing performance. In this paper, the sensor is combined with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, and the muffler is simulated by software, and then the structural design and acoustic performance analysis of the vehicle muffler are carried out.
