Research Progress of Polymer Crystallization Process and Computer Simulation

The crystallization process of crystalline polymers is one of the main processes of structural evolution during processing and forming, and it is a key factor that determines the final aggregate structure and product properties. With the development of computer technology, the use of computer simulation and numerical simulation to the polymer crystallization process has become an in-depth study of the crystallization kinetic theory of polymers and the characterization of polymer materials. In this paper, based on the Monte Carlo simulation method, computer simulation experiments are used to simulate the crystallization process of polymers. The experimental data verify the validity of this model.
