Fast dynamic model family of semiconductor switches

As many users of simulation tools as many simulation objectives exist. Depending on the simulation target, users have different requirements on the model accuracy. The paper presents a semiconductor model family with user selected modelling levels. Depending on the required accuracy, model properties can be turned on or off and thus extending or shortening the computation time.
