The Concept of Determining the Energy Balance of Radio Links; "Artificial Earth Satellite Aircraft" and "Artificial Earth Satellite - Ground Control Point"

Modern policy of the international civil aviation organization (ICAO) focuses on the development of efficient methods and means providing for the safety of civil aviation aircraft. In this situation it is quite significant to design, build and introduce the systems and means that allow organizing information exchange of an aircraft in the flight mode with a ground dispatching point. The information communicated from the aircraft board should include the data on the technical state of its main units: engine operation, efficiency of turbine operation, flight parameters (velocity, swing, fuel allowance, overboard pressure). The article relevance consists in the suggestion of the method that takes into account the energy potential of radio-frequency lines in a direct and diverse way to organize modern information exchange and provide the dispatcher with the relevant flight information. This will increase the accuracy of the aircraft stacking and give an opportunity to correct pilot actions.
