Classification of Brain Signal Activities Before and After Consuming Soy Peptide Using Fuzzy Logic

Soybeans are rich in vegetable protein in the form of bioactive peptides. Described, an increase in the frequency of alpha brain wave centers an average of 2% after consuming soy. This study modeled the pattern of increased alpha brain wave activity using a fuzzy logic algorithm. EEG signals containing brain waves were recorded using the Mitsar EEG-202 device. The signal is filtered using a Band Pass Filter before being filtered and extracted using the EEG Spectra method. The results of the extraction were observed in the pattern changes before and after consuming soy peptides. The pattern is then classified using fuzzy logic as a decision-making method. The results showed that the prediction of fuzzy modeling was quite in accordance with the reference data with an accuracy rate of 98.5% and a precision of 70.5%. Thus predictions with fuzzy algorithm models are considered quite accurate. The results of the study concluded that the content of bioactive protein peptides in soybeans can increase brain wave activity and is predicted to be able to overcome neuronal transmission disorders in the brain.
