Abstract:
The trend of online shopping has increased e-commerce growth significantly over the years. The shopping habits are shifted from traditional shopping to online shopping, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic era. Therefore, a company is should not only concern about the products and services promotion but also offer the positive and high value to customers by providing a well-designed website. It was found that a well-designed website could create a positive user experience for the customers. The purpose of this paper is to define the key success factors for a better user experience in e-commerce website. With the systematic literature review approach, 43 key factors were found from 27 works of literature that the companies should focus on building their website.
