Scrutinizing the Effect of Digital Mastery on Learning Agility in Palm Oil Industry

This article, based on this research, aims to examine the effect of digital mastery on learning agility in the Indonesian palm oil industry, as the basic skills needed to achieve sustainability in the Indonesian palm oil industry; especially in responding to business progress and increasing competition. This is based on a cross-sectional study involving 277 supervisors and managers of private plantation companies in Sumatra and Kalimantan. Structural equation modeling approach was used to analyze the collected data. The results of the study explain that digital strategic skills have a significant and complete impact on all dimensions of learning agility. Meanwhile, communication skills and digital content creation only have an impact on people and agility of results.
