Analysis and E-CRM Design in ASC Company

This research aimed to identify, analyze, and design an e-CRM system to support the business process at ASC company. The analysis method used SDLC waterfall and the design used UML diagram to create the web-based application system based on user requirements from ASC company. Then after the UML finished, the author started to make the user interface prototype that included online order, customer can check the prize or view the stock online, customer can check their order status there. The prototype was given to ASC company so they can develop the application.
