The Application Research of Data Analysis of Student's Physical Health Testing on Optional Courses of Ice and Snow Sports

Student’s physical health testing is a very important part on colleges and universities, is an important element of cultivating high-quality talents in morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. Optional courses of physical education are the main way to help students improve their physical quality, but most students are random and sightless on course selection. Therefore, this study mainly focuses on the ice and snow sports optional courses in the autumn semester of northern colleges and universities. Based on the test data of students' physical health before and after the optional courses, by using SPSS17.0 it analyses the changes in various indicators of students' physical health with statistical methods and comparative analysis methods. This study compares and analyzes the influence extent of each ice and snow course to students’ qualities to establish accurately the link between the course and physical quality, and help students purposefully choose physical education courses.
