Research on Relevant Problems concerning the Integration of Information Technology and Physical Education

The present era witness’s rapid development of information technology (IT). So far, IT has been widely applied to school teaching. As a crucial part of the curriculum system, naturally, the physical education (PE) class is greatly affected by IT. At the information age, the effective integration of IT and PE teaching is an inevitable step to promote the quality development of PE teaching. This paper, in the first place, elaborates the important value and development status of the integration of IT and PE teaching, and then emphatically analyzes the primary methods and crucial guarantee for the integration.
