Speed Control Design for Cement Grinder Based on GPC and Fuzzy PID

This article presents a solution for the cement manufacturing plant, a solution method based on a Fuzzy PID control for cement mill speed is proposed which solve the complexity of the grinding system and the low efficiency due to the high energy consumption. This controller was used for the small fluctuations of the mentioned plant. The results of the simulation carried out in Simulink based on the Fuzzy PID shows a better control compared to the PID controller for this control. The fuzzy controller developed in this article is important because it allows us to perform an optimal and reliable control for the stabilization of the return and output flows in a proposed grinding circuit.
