Pre-Silicon Clock Validation for Server SoC

Technology improvements have made it possible to move multi-millions of gate designs from big printed circuit boards to SoCs (System on Chip). Low cost for the design depending on the gate, low power consumption of the circuit, enhancing the circuit operation, easy implementation, reduced physical size, and improved design security are some of the benefits of SoC. The challenges of SoC design have expanded significantly as a result of rising complexities and reduced geometries. Because of the rising complexities of SoCs, verification efforts have increased significantly, which is necessary to meet time-to-market needs. Traditional simulation methods for SoC design verification are no longer sufficient for thorough system level verification, as most businesses have learned. The developed testbench infrastructure for SoC verification has been successfully implemented. This paper presents a more extensive demonstration of the System Verilog test bench for SoC verification, as well as verification methodologies that aid in the reduction of SoC verification time.
