An Improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on chaotic BAS strategy

To improve the simplified particle swarm optimization (SPSO) algorithm that is easy to fall into local optimum, the Beetle Antennae Search Chaos Simplified Particle Swarm Optimization (BCSPSO) is proposed based on the Beetle Antennae Search Algorithm and chaos strategy. The Logistic chaos is used to generate chaotic sequences for initialization. Beetle Antennae Search (BAS) has its own judgment of the environment space in each iteration, and not only depends on the best solution and the particles in SPSO individuals of the current global optimal solution, after the particle swarm into local optimum effectively jump out, improved the search speed and precision of the particle swarm, the simulation results show that the algorithm can jump out of local optimal, optimization effect is good, has the good dynamics, stability and efficiency.
