A high efficiency acoustic energy scanvage circuit applied on ECG signal detection

An efficient audio energy acquisition circuit is adopted, which uses a two-stage Dixon voltage doubling rectifier to amplify the audio energy by 4 times and rectify it into a DC voltage to supply power to the later circuit. The diodes in the Dixon rectifier adopt the structure of active diodes based on comparators. At the same time, the comparator adopts unbalanced bias structure, which counteracts the offset voltage caused by the comparator mismatch by establishing the built-in offset voltage, which effectively solves the problem of current leakage of the comparator. The simulation results show that the reverse leakage current of the unbalanced bias comparator is significantly reduced and the input AC audio energy is magnified 4 times and rectified into a stable DC voltage, which realizes the voltage doubling and rectifying function of the audio energy acquisition circuit. the voltage conversion efficiency is more than 80%.
