Research on tuning of antenna for RFID reader based on 13.56MHz

The communication performance between RFID reader and tag based on 13. 56MHz largely depends on the design and debugging of antenna matching circuit of the reader. The better the antenna tuning is, the more energy the tag gets, and the farther the reading and writing distance is. This paper introduces the design of the matching circuit from two dimensions of direct matching and 50 ohm long distance matching, and introduces the debugging method of the matching circuit in detail. The actual test results show that the method can not only improve the communication distance between reader and tag, but also effectively reduce the high-order harmonics of the circuit, which has a strong promotion significance.
