A High-Gain Yagi Antenna for 5G-C Band

In this work, a high-gain Yagi antenna for 5G-C band is proposed. The antenna is mainly made up of two parts: a printed folded dipole feeding source with a reflector plane and a director consisting of 21 equal directing units at regular intervals. Simulation results show that a bandwidth of 3.1 to 4.0 GHz is achieved. In addition, the antenna has good directional radiation characteristics. The boresight gain is larger than 14.6 dBi over the frequency band of 3.3-3.8 GHz.
