Contribuição na Regulação de Tensão na Rede por Geradores Distribuídos Fotovoltaicos

The reactive energy balance of the power system is traditionally managed by synchronous generators, capacitor banks and FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission System) devices. Optimization of reactive energy management has been widely discussed, as the topic is vital for a reliable and efficient operation of the electrical energy system. The reactive energy support requirements were imposed on the new photovoltaic inverters for the corresponding voltage regulation at the connection point. The present work proposes a simplified method for the compensation of reactive power, differently from conventional methods. The proposed method does not require prior knowledge about the network impedance values, in addition, it addresses an operating strategy of distributed photovoltaic generation in reactive management to directly contribute to voltage regulation.
