Experimental study on the gas-particle two-phase flow characteristics in a fluidized bed SCR denitrification reactor

A set of fluidized bed SCR flue gas denitrification reactor experimental system was designed based on the denitrification system of a 600MW coal-fired unit, and the gas particles in the fluidized bed SCR flue gas denitrification reactor under different working conditions were measured on this experimental system. The flow characteristics of the two phases were studied. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results. When the air inlet velocity V=8m/s, the catalyst particle size dP=0.2 ~ 1mm and the initial stacking height of the catalyst particles H=400mm, the solid content of the catalyst particles and the gas flow velocity are flowing. The distribution in the axial direction of the fluidized bed is more uniform, which is more conducive to the full contact between the flue gas and the catalyst.
