Research on Intelligent Tutor System of Spoken English based on Phonetic Evaluation

In order to improve the accuracy of oral English intelligent tutor system and to improve students' oral English proficiency, this paper proposes a novel oral English intelligent tutor system based on phonetic evaluation technology. The system is based on speech evaluation technology and combines artificial intelligence technology and speech recognition technology. The results show that the oral English intelligent tutor system based on phonetic evaluation has a significant application effect, which can not only improve the accuracy of the oral English intelligent tutor system, but also enhance students' interest in oral English learning.
