The Impact Study of Parameters and The Thermal Proprieties of The Polyamide 12 On The Temperature During the SLS Process

Polyamide12 are characterized by good physical properties (thermal and electrical conductivity, etc.) and by mechanical qualities (elasticity, ductility, toughness).The key to understanding the laser sintering process is the knowledge of the thermal properties of the treated material (nylon12) and their influence on the thermal treatment of the part produced by the SLS machine, so to make a good mathematical modeling of this process, we must do a suitable modeling of the theoretical relationship of thermal properties and their evolution with temperature and the same thing of other parameters. this study shows the impact of the parameters on the evolution on the temperature in the SLS process, also the theoretical models of thermal conductivity of polyamide 12 and heat capacity, density will be requested and compared with other experienced work which measures these thermal properties of nylon 12.
