Silicon Heterojunction Solar Module using Shingle interconnection

Efficiency remains the key index among manufacturers’ advancements towards an increased module power output. Silicon heterojunction (SHJ) and shingling interconnection are the best in class technologies to obtain the highest efficiency from cells and modules respectively, and in this work we demonstrate their combination in full size modules.
