Acoustics Measurement and Simulation Analysis of Small Theater

Small theater is often used for various performance activities, and the acoustic design of the environment in the space guarantees the basic for the performance sound effect. In order to make the performance sound effect present better, it is necessary to measure the acoustic environment, check whether it meets the standard, and analyze the optimization scheme of the acoustic environment. The space model of small theater is established in EASE in this paper. The sweep frequency signal is adapted to measure the impulse response of a small theater, and through the reverse integration of the impulse response, it can obtain the acoustic parameters r which is utilized to analyze the acoustic environment of the small theater. The acoustical environment of the small theater is optimized and the optimized acoustical parameters are simulated in EASE. The results show that the various acoustic parameters meet the requirements of the Code for Architectural Acoustical Design of Theater, Cinemas and Multi-use Auditorium.
