Modernization of the Information and Analytical System of the Crash Areas of the Baikonur Cosmodrome during the Controlled Descent of the Spent Stage of the Launch Vehicle

The concept of reducing the technogenic impact of launches of advanced launch vehicles (LV) with liquid- propellant rocket engines (LPRE) on the environment during controlled launch of the spent stage by installing an onboard descent system is considered. Within the framework of the concept, the approach to the allocation of sites for the fall of spent stages is being changed, in particular, the sites with the most resistant to man-made impact of the territory within the existing fall areas (RP) are proposed. A method has been developed for selecting these sites based on the creation of an information and analytical system for the fall area, which will be an element of the existing environmental monitoring system of the Baikonur cosmodrome.
