Research on load recovery considering cold load pick-up characteristics in the later stage of network reconstruction

after the power system is cut off and the equipment is electrified for a period of time, the load will increase significantly, which is called cold load pick-up. Such a large load shock is bound to have a huge impact on the security and stability of the power system, and may even cause secondary power outages. In this case, the method of fixed time step is usually used to restore system load. On the basis of staged recovery, a more reasonable method of load restoration strategy is put forward. Considering the cold load and the dynamic characteristics of generator climbing, the time required by each time step is optimized. At the same time, the information gap decision theory is introduced to calculate the load fluctuation to ensure that the optimal solution can accept certain load fluctuation. In addition, the combined power supply of wind, solar and storage can ensure the power supply of load that has a great influence on the cold load pickup. The feasibility of this scheme is verified by using the IEEE 30 node system.
