Modeling and Solving of IGBT Switching Transient Based on Finite State Machine

To accurately obtain the switching characteristics of IGBT, a modeling and solving method of IGBT analysis model based on finite state machine is proposed. The switching process of the IGBT is analyzed, and the conditions for switching between the states are clarified; the nonlinear parameters of the device and the parasitic parameters of the circuit are considered, and the analytical model is established based on the state space theory; the finite state machine is implemented in Matlab/Simulink. Solve and verify with experiment. The results show that analytical model can accurately reflect the characteristics of the IGBT in the actual switching process.
