Intelligent Job Navigation System for Rural Development

In terms of population, India stands second and it's one of the hardest places to be a young job seeker. Due to the perilous nature of the labour jobs in India, numerous people who reside in villages leave their homeland as they find it difficult to get the right job at the right time within their locality. They hardly have any exposure and they're completely unaware of job openings and this has been creating issues including separation from family, starvation with no other alternative options of employment. They have the most insecure jobs, in key sectors like hospitality, textiles, construction, manufacturing and domestic work. In order to eradicate the unemployment amongst the people in rural areas, we propose a system called Intelligent Job Navigation system which benefits the job seekers and the job providers. A job finding navigator is used and it optimizes the recruitment process for the job providers.
