Trust Management in SIoT

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of interconnected devices to each other via internet. During the current era, a new field has emerged, referred to as Social Internet of Things (SIoT) which mainly includes relationships between nodes. The social IoT refers to devices that interact with each other to achieve a common goal. The goal can be evaluated in form of any parameter say it energy efficiency, throughput, execution cost, service time, reliability etc. In this paper, various challenges that exist in SIoT are discussed, among them, Trust is a major concern in terms of security. On the basis of research papers, various trust management systems are compared and proposed work is to make a system an energy efficient.
