Composite Nanoparticles Based on h-BN and Graphene for 2D Printing

A method for the synthesis of composite nanoparticles based on hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and graphene (G) was found, and the morphological and electrical properties of films made from composites of variable compounds were studied. When studying the initial materials synthesized in plasma using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy (RS), the parameters of graphene and h-BN nanoparticles were determined and their structural quality was confirmed. It was found that at compositions h-BN : G = 1 : (4–10), nonlinear current-voltage characteristics with the hysteresis of up to 4 orders of magnitude are observed. By varying the compound of the composite, films obtained that differ both in morphological and electrical parameters can be. In particular, at a certain composition, G-particles, differently decorated with h-BN-particles were found, and it leads to the emergence of a multi-barrier system and its manifestation in the electrical characteristics.
