Regression Model for the Problem of Parameter Estimation in the Gamma Poisson Model of Behavior: an Application to the Online Social Media Posting Data

Human behavior plays an important role in social, cyber-physical, socio-cyber-physical systems. Therefore the estimates of a person's behavior parameters are needed in the area of risk management of such systems. The gamma Poisson model of behavior is used when only limited data on the several last episodes is available, e.g. when the data is collected via self-reports. The paper presents the Cox regression for the problem of the intensity parameters estimation under gamma Poisson model of behavior. The model is illustrated with the data on public posting in online social media.
