and other working conditions of the armature material mechanical performance test, and the VIC-2D ultra-high-speed non-contact strain measurement system is used to carry out the armature material strain test in the dynamic stretching process. Experimental studies have found that the armature material for battery track transmitters has a certain strain strengthening effect. It is found that with the increase of the strain rate, the yield strength of the armature material increases from 400 MPa to 462 MPa, and the failure strength increases from 480 MPa to 525 MPa, which has important application value for the maximum design of armature.
