New Time Indices for the Operational Reliability Assessment Regarding Electronic Items

The new approaches to assessing operational reliability by introducing a new time indices are discussed in this paper. The case study and experimental results are based on real data. A comparative analysis of the classical approach and the proposed approaches as well for assessing the operational reliability is also presented.
