Bouc-Wen model for SISO Nano-Positioning System with Kalman Filtering

The advent of ‘Nano’ has entrenched in most of the trending application areas. Nano-positioning system is one such area where the mechanical dynamics will be in nanoscale. In regard the paper treats modified linearized Bouc-Wen hysteresis modelling to study the static and dynamic behaviour of the system. In previous these were done conventionally for macrolevel dynamics here the same is treated at nano scale. Inorder to have a better results the system is furnished with the Kalman Filtering. The system is modelled in MATLAB/Simulink and the results are obtained with 3 types of input.
