Research on PHM technology framework and its key technologies

Prognostic and health management (PHM) technology is an important technical means to achieve condition based maintenance, improve system reliability and reduce system maintenance costs. Based on the analysis of the related theories and technologies of PHM technology and its development at home and abroad, this paper constructs a PHM technology framework based on object layer, data layer, information layer and decision layer. At the same time, the paper summarizes and analyzes the connotation and technology realization of key technologies such as predictive design, sensor application technology, data preprocessing technology, health status assessment, residual life prediction and maintenance decision-making based on the situation, and further, analyzes the PHM system of UAV with examples. Finally, combined with the current research status, the problems still need to be solved are pointed out, which is of great significance to the research of PHM technology theory and application.
