Development of a supervisory and control Interface for the distribution station of the FESTO MPS 500 system using WinCC software

Supervision and control systems are very important for monitoring and controlling automated industrial systems in real time. In this article we present the development and design of HMI for monitoring and control of the distribution station of the FESTO MPS 500 system. We will present the different stations of the FESTO MPS 500 system and explain the general operation of the distribution station. Finally, we will present the different interfaces of the HMI developed with an explanation of their functioning. The development of the HMI was implemented with the Siemens WinCC Flexible supervision and data acquisition software from Siemens.
