Energy Saving in a Two Stage Compressor by Reducing the Losses in Motor

Ensuring the infallible, energy saving and efficient functioning of the compressor units is a very important matter. The quality of the designed equipment is resolved by the knowledgeable level of the entity and the efficiency of its state by calculating the methods. Experimental study is an important part of this scientific research. The main objective of this experimental study is to identify of properties which comes under this study. Performance test, calculation methods and also widespread detailed study of the scientifically research matter are performed on these terms. This paper represents the method of energy-saving in a two-stage compressor which can be very efficient for industrial use and can be used to save energy by reducing the losses present in the motor. This paper will describe the different types of losses present in the motor in order to reduce the efficiency of the compressor and evaluate the performance of the compressor, suggest means to replace the motor and what type of motor we can use.
