Patient's observance could be a difficult think about the past years. Thence there's a requirement for an answer to watch the patients anytime for the doctors from anyplace. Sound health is important to try to the daily work properly. This project aims at developing a sensor that is used to track the patient's heartbeat lively with the help of smart phones using IOT technology. In this paper, a portable framework is displayed which constantly check patient's heartbeat, temperature and some parameters of the room with the help of Wi-Fi module. A IOT enabled smart home and health monitoring system is proposed where the authorized personal data can be accessed using any IOT platform and based on the output values received, the exact disease is diagnosed by a doctor even at far distance.
