The Impact of Digital Platforms on the Business Management Information System

Based on the disclosure of the nature, scope and classification of digital platforms, their impact on the transformation of the business and the management system is justified. The systematization of the consequences of the use of digital platforms and new needs made it possible to identify the relationship between the sources and results of the development of digital platforms and to establish the self-developing and complementary nature of their impact on the business management information system. To create new services within the framework of digital business models, services and cloud platforms, it is necessary to solve the problem of improving management through the creation of a unified information system and the introduction of digital management tools for integrated production. The proposed model of the business management information system in the digital environment, which includes three main blocks: consumers, digital platforms and digital management tools, will achieve the goal of integrating supply and demand through the completeness of data on individual needs, partner interaction, algorithmization of production processes, and predictive analytics.
