Design and Simulation of Boiler Combustion Control System in Thermal Power Plant

In order to better improve the power generation efficiency of thermal power plants and meet the requirements of power plants to improve economy, combined with the combustion characteristics of the boiler, this paper designs a double closed-loop boiler that controls the air volume and fuel volume by the flue gas oxygen content and the main steam pressure changes. Combustion control system. The system determines the air-fuel ratio by setting the oxygen content, and controls the increase or decrease of the amount of air-fuel ratio according to the main steam pressure detection, which can better ensure the full combustion of fuel and reduce heat loss. Finally, the traditional PID is used as the controller of the system, and the theoretical parameter value of the PID controller is determined by the ultimate-sensitivity method. The simulation result in Simulink shows that the system conforms to the characteristics of the combustion system and verifies the accuracy of the system.
