Research on the Central Integration Technology for the Rehabilitation of Lower Limb Based on the Virtual Environment

Rehabilitation therapy based on the concept of central integration, is a new therapy in stroke rehabilitation in recent years. With the continuous spread of this rehabilitation therapy, more and more hospitals have begun to try this treatment. Central integration technology emphasizes stimulating patients' awareness of active movement by simulating living environment, so as to achieve the effect of patients' active movement. However, due to the diversification of patients' rehabilitation needs, it is difficult to provide a simulated living environment to meet a variety of rehabilitation needs while in hospitals. This paper has a research on the Central Integration technology for the rehabilitation of lower limb while based on the virtual environment, and have realized the dynamic configuration of the training environment for the central integration technology and the collection of training data, which lays the foundation for doctors to perform this curative rehabilitation therapy well and quantitative evaluation of the rehabilitation effect for patients.
