Developing a Dynamic Number Card Game to Support Students' Number Sense: A Preliminary Study

The android-based learning media becomes more popular nowadays. Many students have positive attitudes toward activities involving games including in mathematics learning. In order to support first grade students' learning number sense, we develop a dynamic number card game. The method used in this study is research and development using the ADDIE model. The process begins with the analysis of the problem related to mathematics learning in elementary school, design the dynamic number card game using android studio, develop it after getting a review from two experts, material and media experts, then test it two three first-grade students, and conduct a general evaluation from this process. The results of this study indicate that the dynamic number card game has been passed the review process from the experts, and the students also have positive attitude towards their experience using of the dynamic number card game.
