Comprehensive Evaluation of Emergency Situation after Collisions at Sea Based on Extenics

In order to accurately analyze the emergency situation of ships at sea after a collision, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model based on extenics. A safety evaluation indicator system is constructed, including three second-level indicators and fifteen third-level indicators. The classical domain and sectional domain of each indicator are established. Then the correlation degree of the indicator relative to each risk level is calculated according to the correlation degree function. The extension dynamic weight method is adopted to assign the weight to each indicator based on the risk level correlation degree. The weighted correlation degree is calculated to obtain the evaluation result. Finally, a case study is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. Experiment results show that it is reasonable to use the extenics theory to analyze the emergency situation of ships after collision at sea.
