Towards automatisation of academic administrative processes: a Romanian case study

This paper describes a pilot case study about how administrative processes can be digitalized. We present details behind a cloud ecosystem that enables researchers and students at Politehnica University of Bucharest to obtain documents needed for traveling in academic purposes a more convenable. Throughout this paper, we will discuss about the case study, our proposed solution, its implementation and further improvements that can be achieved.
