Abstract:
Dealing with uncertainty and imprecision is important in many application areas of artificial intelligence such as expert systems, fuzzy control, robotics, computer based systems, machine learning or data recovery. Bousi~Prolog is a Prolog that enables working with both fuzzy linguistic and linguistic tools to direct Prolog systems used in logical programming to compute with paradigm phrases that can be of great help to linguistic resources. In the study, an example of route prioritization is applied to show that Bousi~Prolog can be used in multi-criteria decision making models. Route prioritization is a complex problem where multiple criteria are reviewed simultaneously and depending on the criteria determined, it is necessary to make the most appropriate choice under the desired conditions with expert opinions. However, how the results change according to the changing opinions of the decision makers and the ranking results that appear in different decisions should be observed while weighting and selecting. For this purpose, a flexible, deductive sample database that stores route information has been prepared. With the fuzzy decisions of the three decision makers, the route weights are calculated with the help of Bousi~Prolog, and the changes in the route order are shown.
