Construction of Teaching Behavior Model of Information Technology Pre-service Teachers Oriented to Video Understanding

The training of teaching skills for normal university students is always a problem in pre-service teacher training. The premise of applying AI technology to the teaching skills training of normal university students is that there are sufficient and annotated training samples, but the understanding of unstructured teaching videos requires big data and processing models in line with the teaching rules. Taking video data of the information technology teachers teaching skill training of a normal university in Yunnan province of as samples, this paper transformed the unstructured video data into structured ones. In which 20 dimension were used to depict the characteristics of the students' teaching behavior attributes. The indicators specified in the “Interview Outline for Elementary and Secondary School Teacher Qualifications (Trial)”, the nature and teaching rules of information technology subjects, and the guidance information of the instructor to pre-service teachers were integrated in it. MAXQDA software was used to derive teaching behavior codes. In addition, a framework for the processing of text information in the teaching behavior of information technology pre-service teachers was constructed to accurately describe the individual teaching skills training status of pre-service teachers.
