Automatic hole searching system of coal bed methane vehicle-mounted rig including vehicle-mounted rig frame, gyrator, automobile chassis, brace oil cylinder, front left leg, front right leg, rear right leg, rear left leg, front left translation pair, front right translation pair, rear translation pair, borehole positioning device, left and right distance sensor, electro-hydraulic control system, signal generator, signal receiver, remote control. The front left translation pair, front right translation pair and rear translation pair are controlled by the electro-hydraulic system. In this way, the vehicle-mounted drill is operated around and before and after translation, and the azimuth alignment and position adjustment of the vehicle-mounted drill are carried out. The feedback signals of the left and right ranging sensors, signal generators, signal receivers and the translation distance form a closed-loop control to ensure the position accuracy of the drilling rig. The card position plate increases the reliability of the translation system by mechanical positioning. The system and its implementation method can enable the on-board drilling rig to complete the accurate alignment between the gyroscope and the drilling center quickly in the drilling field. Through the remote control, one key control vehicle-mounted drilling rig to search holes automatically, avoiding the visual blind area and error caused by manual reversing, reducing the drilling machine construction preparation and multi-stage drilling center positioning time, improving the work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity.
