Powdered fuel and its effect on boiler plant practice

I have read this paper with very much interest, and I have no hesitation in saying that it is certainly the most up-to-date paper on the subject I have yet seen. Only an expert could have introduced the subject in the way that Mr. Cotterell has done, and I consider it is of such vital importance to South Africa that I would like to make the following few remarks.
