The One Hundred and Thirty-eighth Ordinary General Meeting of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers was held in the Assembly Hall, Scientific and Technical Club, 100 Fox Street, Johannesburg, on Thursday, the 15th November, 1923, at 8 p.m., Mr. Bernard Sankey (Vice-President) in the chair. There were present 35 members, 5 visitors, and the Secretary.
