Human Internal Organs Diagnostics based on Heart Biophysical Signals

The report is devoted to research aimed at studying and implementing a method of human internal organs diseases diagnosing that is based on biophysical signals of the heart. The research includes the development of a remote diagnostics system, an application of information analysis methods to various registered signals of cardiac activity, as well as a development of a system based on deep learning. The paper introduces a set of metrics for evaluating the results obtained, an original numerical experiment that has been set up using original developed mathematical software complex and results of the evaluation of several models for solving the problem of automated diagnostics of diseases.
